Swablamban Nepal was born from a simple idea that every woman deserves the chance to stand tall, speak freely, and shape her own future. Founded by women, for women, we’ve created a warm and inclusive space where skills are shared, stories are honored, and real change begins. At Swablamban Nepal, we recognize the deep-rooted cultural, social, and economic challenges that many women face from early marriage to limited access to education and financial independence. Seeing these hardships up close inspired a collective movement to uplift women who’ve been left behind. Through our programs, we have nurtured pathways to selfreliance by training women in income-generating skills like stitching, embroidery, and handicrafts. We help form self-help groups (SHGs), connect women to available support, and facilitate health and education initiatives. Our work also brings agricultural knowledge and practical skill-building into communities, empowering women to create sustainable livelihoods and reclaim their right to dream.
